I have a small Apache web server which hosts a few websites. The system runs on Windows 10 Pro OS. The previous system ran on Windows 7 Pro. It was upgraded to WIndows 10 Pro about 4 months ago. After the upgrade to Win10, someone noticed that pdf files hosted on the websites were no longer opening in browsers but were being downloaded instead. Find Permissions and click on Additional permissions at the bottom of that section. Scroll way down the page to Additional content settings where you'll find PDF documents as the fourth entry. Click on that, then select Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome. Near the bottom, click PDF documents. Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
